Founding Operator
You'll be the first operator to run a Torch-acquired hotel. You'll own the day-to-day, lead the existing team, and work directly with Kevin and Preet to turn the property into the blueprint for everything that comes after.

Implementing Torch's technology and systems stack
Building the operational playbook for future acquisitions
What we're looking for
ETA or MBA background preferred (Searcher, former founder, or PE operating partner)
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
Hospitality experience is a plus — hunger is a must
Equity-minded: you want to own a piece of what you build
Engineering
Founding Engineer
Build the internal tech stack that powers Torch's portfolio — the AI tools, the back-office software, and the platform that gives our operators an unfair advantage. This is greenfield work with real stakes.
What you'll own
Internal software and AI tooling for hotel operations
Dynamic pricing, review management, and operations dashboards
Data infrastructure across the portfolio
Technical roadmap from zero to scale
What we're looking for
Full-stack engineering experience, preferably with AI/ML components
Comfortable building products end-to-end without a large team
Interest in hospitality, operations, or SMB tech
Bonus: experience in fintech, property tech, or vertical SaaS
