Founding Chief Technology Officer
You'll own Torch's technical foundation — AI architecture, security, scale, and the engineering team. We're looking for someone who's shipped vertical AI products in regulated industries, cares deeply about end users, and wants to build the operating system for the largest ownership transfer in history.

AI architecture and LLM orchestration strategy
Security, compliance, and data privacy infrastructure
Hiring and leading the early engineering team
Technical roadmap from MVP to scale
What we're looking for
Shipped vertical AI products in regulated or complex industries
Comfortable being the first technical hire
Cares about the end users as much as the tech stack
Bonus: experience in fintech, legal tech, or wealth management
